CB all wired in now. I decided to check ground resistance from the antenna mount to the chassis. Got 0.3ohms Added a short wire from the mount to a bolt that fixes the roof to the side panels like so... And got the reading down to zero ohms. That’ll do for that,then! And...

Mine don’t rattle at all! In many ways I prefer them to wind up window doors. I love having the door tops off when it’s hot. The ally door tops on 90’s / 110’s are much better than the series versions. Both front and back panes open individually and the frames are ally...... Bit pricey but...

It was radius arm chassis end bushes on mine. Can of silicone spray and a straw to get it into all the little nooks and crannies sorted it out until I replaced the bushes. Do on corner at a time if you want to trace which one squeaks. Could also be shock bushes. Same treatment should do the...

It was ok. The leaks were from the intermediate shaft, front flange seal and the joint between the main housing and the front output housing. Got it finished (finally) today. Tested and so far so good! Also made a start with fitting my CB

I seem to remember from when I looked into this a few years ago, that the pas pump from a 200tdi is what you need. However, I think you also need the mounting brackets which, iirc, can be hard to come by. I cant remember exactly and cured it in mine by fitting a 300tdi and PAS from a rotten...
