Had two minutes of sudden hot air from the fans today. Then cold again!

Thing is, they are both warm. Or lukewarm. Leaning towards changing the thermostat. The thermostat costs the same as an hours labour in norway. So might do the trick, and a new thermostat is never bad, is it? May it be air in the system still? Do this engine have more than one bleed...

How do I diagnose it, to make sure its the matrix? How do I fix it? Any pictures of it?

What is the Heater Matrix? Is it the valve thing in the engine room on the drivers side (LHD). Btw, I`m in norway. Been up in the mountain skiing. Which is why I bought the car in the first place. But will be to no use if I`m freezing to death in the car instead :P

No heat what so ever. Or. It was -15 outside, and I think the heater was blowing at +6 to +8 degrees. I felt the hoses to the water valves in the engine (on the drivers side, LHD). The were also not warm.

Could someone elaborate on the Blend Flap-problem? Its not the wheel under the fans. Have had BMWs for ages, so know that crappy deal from other unfortunate experiences:P

Temp. gauge stays dead in the middle, where its supposed to be!

Trust me, after 1,5 hours in the car without heat in -15 C, heated seats and steering wheel is not sufficient. THought of the valves, but reckon there would be heat at least somewhere in the car or the fans. In mine its just freezing cold everywhere.

Felt on the radiatorhoses now. Top one is warm, the one In on the thermostat is cold. Thermostat stuck open?
