I have similar thing it was bell's palsy strange thing is it's quite rear to get it, and I had it 3 times, my eye sometime weeps like I am crying, it mostly clears up with steroids (but they make you a little crazy)

See these screws there's 2 of them holding the column in place, from manufacture the tops break off, so If someone tries to steal your car they can't undo them, this is the only problem I can see getting them off

After a bit of a rest, for medical reasons (won't bore you) back doing bits, all 4 wheels painted and looking a lot more presentable... sorry it's been so long!! Few pick of before, the brakes are all sorted out now as well

Bad news, found rust in the bulkhead, ordered some replacement panels and the vent surround, lots of small bits done today, and did some bit to sell, so they look presentable and grad some money back to pay for the rebuild

I think you can (for classic cars only) get the old red lead paint but for professional use only
