Cheers mate, that's the nuts but I have swing away wheel carrier. Same as you, bought one from aldi, too slippery, noisy under her feet and too short. Like you wanted a pull out or fold up and forget. Gives me something to think about though. Cheers.

Thanks @tottot . There's no movement in the props at the flanges either up or down. I'm thinking it could be centre diff and will try that test. I hadn't heard of a why to test it or the sound of a damaged one. Presumably keep in a straight line unless in a muddy field.

I haven't got that on mine and I doubt the tester knows.

Taking about transfer box's, mine has developed a whine like a tube train. I'm thinking bearings but not sure. Tried with front prop off and still there. Will take rear off tomorrow to see if there's any difference. How hard is it to replace bearings? Any special tools needed. I think this all...

My rear door hasn't got the rubber. It's just bedded in and held with aly angles. Easiest of the lot.

I know, you can even see the worktops in places.:p

I just move it over to the other side. All done in 1/2 hour. :D

That sounds good, mines a basic chinesium 2 camera and 7x5 screen set up. I cut my screen into the back of my sun viser. Like you, I just stick my phone to the screen to see sat nav and stream music to wi fi speaker. So much easier than messing with head units and wired speakers.

I also thought the breather was just to relieve the pressure through expansion of oil. The main tell tale of a blockage being oil stains over the wheels. I never thought of condensation.
