Im guessing thats not far off. I bought a stack boost gauge of them and it was about £80 if memory serves. I did have it in a single pod by the A pillar I do have a mudstuff pod to fit (just not yet), but ive now taken the clock out of my dash, and moved the fuel and water temp gauges one space...

Not really. It's the one guage I use the most. You would be surprised how little throttle makes the turbo boosting and how small that boost can be. I use mine for the 1st 2 miles or so to make sure I have no boost at all until things start warming up, ditto cooling down. When on the motorway...

I think they come with a new fuel pump. I had some if I can find one I will send you it. The only problem is I took down my garage a few months back and everything is now in a shed and I have no idea if I still have them or where they are

as mentioned above, check the A frame ball joint it gives the same symptoms you describe

it can be a bit hit and miss. But I think the rods have got damp as my last garage was leaking and it could be down to them. I find it very hard to set the amperage compared to the big sets I used to work with (20yrs ago though) I run it at the top end all the time and put up with the splatter...

your lucky it's a disco one. their are loads of 1.2 disco boxes around. The defender 1.4 box however.... I doubt you will be able to get a ashcroft or similar one as they want your used one back to rebuild and if the case is damaged they will charge you a additional £200 or so per box...

mine is roughly std. It was fine on normal wheels, but the 33" tyres slowed it and then the roof rack etc really took the wind out of its sails
