sorry to revive a old thread but ive been having hicups at low throttle openings when the turbo is at about 10psi boost. It was like i had momenteraly backed of slightly on the throttle. Boost would drop by about 2 psi then return to normal. I thought I had another fuel pump dying. Anyway...
