I cannot see anyway for it to drop out or access it from underneath

I cannot see any way to get it out all underneath is solid so cannot see the other side

How do you remove the old one

We have replaced the seals but unfortunately only seem to last 12 months so we just put a recon steering box on £160 with two years guarantee
