    Sorted found a manifold stud that had become wedged against pulley so it's manifold stud replacing time again

    Seems odd as when aircon starts up there is Deffo a rattle from aircon pump / pulley but there still is a whistle from somewhere

    Pump off and checked then put back on and regased and still making noise My mate who does aircon is saying it's not the pump

    No it's not the belt looking at the aircon pump the clutch isn't working and with belt off the pump is very hard to move and not smooth

    Yes all four wheel where already off as I used the ramp at yard to make life easy
