    They are on Amazon but I'm not sure which is the correct one. You could try putting the fibre at the top into the plug at the bottom so it's facing the other one.

    If there's a spare hole in A which there should be you may be able to put B in it and use the loop cable suggested above to bypass the break in the MOST loop

    Looking at this the amp is tucked down the back the same as my 2005 so it may not be missing

    Passenger side. You should also hear a clicking at the rear as the pump pulses the fuel through. And a loud fan like a turbine noise if it's running on full power.

    Indeed it would. And as you say may help see what's missing. Diagnosics may also then help in saying what it can't see.

    The way those fibres are tied indicates they are from different plugs so there's a piece missing

    There should be 2 fibres in a plug so I suspect there is a link cable missing that would go to what ever is missing. This means you can't use a bypass plug as you only have 1 fibre.

    Might be a bit inconvenient having to take it out of the charging pod everytime you want to reverse :)

    Once you get it working you'll only put it back in the holder and forget about it till mot time when you can point it at the car to check the lights.

    Probably has a knackered battery. Does the torch function work on it? Still not a real test as that's only powering the LEDs I suspect.

    Wish I could say the same. What made it worse was it was a simple config change that we did from the car over mobile data :)
