    Priced up a head gasket and water pump kit for a K series freelander engine and bought some coolant for the 90 that is being prepared for the horrible winter that is coming! Or should I say is here! Anybody know who sells radiator cowling anti shake bolts!

    Hi all.I just stripped the front end of a 2.5 90, fun and the three little anti shock bolts that attach the radiator cowling to the engine where all perished! Anyone know anybody making them or selling any old new stock ones. Thanks from Northumberland.

    Fixed a broken wire that was causing some starting problems and had a look at replacing the spotlights and the rubber A - bar after the wife smashed a spotlight on an Audi! �� 3 K of damage to the audi . Just love landrovers!

    Hello, test the switch for the back window. Not sure why the sunroof is disconnected. Have a look and make sure no fuses are blown mate.

    Hi Watty1. I have a TD4 and I really like it. Comfortable and nice to drive, good on fuel too. And if your handy with the spanners there easy to work on and parts are reasonable.

    I would recommend a bottle jack bout three to five ton. There not much more expensive and I would also buy a long breaker bar and keep that in the vehicle with a couple of decent blocks of wood, just in case you need to jack it up while parked on grass or somewhere softish.

    Well parts are cheap and there easy to work on, it's annoying things that f@#k up like switches and windows cables. Heaters are not good but heated seats make up for that! I don't mind the TD4 at all.

    Hello mate and welcome! You have not too much and could be worth sorting out. Lots of people take the prop of and run freelanders as 2wd to make them easier on the pocket. Chances are your "mate" still has the prop and fixtures lying around start there before you spend a wad!

    Got to grips with replacing the starter motor and removing a dodgy alternator! Was rewarded with a nice shiny new spanner for my trouble when removing the alternator a shiny snap on spanner fell out! Was only a 6mm but made me smile after being in the cold this afternoon!
