Also noticed that on 4th gear it hardly manages to go past 2000rpm and starts, I think when the engine reaches 2000rpm on 4th gear the fuel pump seems not to manage to supply the required fuel the engine needs to operate smoothly.

Update..... so today I decided to take my car to my mechanic to see what els we can do and he decided to start the car and just rev it up to 3000rpm and left it revved for about 10 minutes continuous, you can feel some type of misfire passed 2,100rpm but oh boy that 10 minute revved at 3000rpm...
