It's a 2005 facelift. 3 door auto, but that shouldn't matter. The Skoda fitting will be a bit tight because the hose sizes are a few mm bigger. Will see what JLR Parts say. This set is the correct bundle, but don't really want to spend £120 when the hoses are all ok.

Andy, those are certainly similar, but would need hose routing modified, plus one of those push-on fittings. I have sent request to JLR classic parts to see what they come up with. Their online diagrams are the same as the one above with no part number !! PEH101210 seems to have a suitable...

If Nanocom does not show the HEVAC button presses, also check the "Values" inputs and see if they make sense. Usually no change in values means you have not got communications with the ECU.

After installing new coolant pump & thermostat, onnected all the hoses & started putting water in for first flush. Found the 90deg tee section near the oil cooler under the starter motor had snapped the 8mm outlet. No idea how that happened as I didn't touch those hoses. Anyone know the part...

Hmmm. Just tried it with "RAVE One File" which is the complete P38 sections. Doesn't do much that a simple Ctrl-F search does in the real RAVE !!

For some reason the Blend & Distrib connector is missing from all the RAVE versions I have. Pinout is the same numbering for all the 16-pin connectors in the P38 though. Unfortunately RAVE does not say if this is the contact side or the wire entry side !!

Which RAVE d oyou have. The "All Models" version has some 1992 coverage.

Can't remember, but I think the the two with Black & Blue tape go on the right side. Distribution motor is the top right on heater box. The two Blend motors are lower down. The easy way is to check which pins on the connector are used by each motor, and compare with the diagram in RAVE.

Definitely check the thermal sensor. The RSW software does not show if it's working or not.

As Mark said above, count the brake pedal presses before the pump cuts in. 1) Open bonnet, start the car, and listen for the pump. 2) Wait until the pump stops & dash lights go out. 3) Press brake pedal several times until the pump cust in again. It should take 4-5 presses before the pump...

+1 on leaky airspring. Otherwise the ECU can get it's knicker in a twist if someone has done diagnostic, but not disconnected properly. It's important to always keep the ignition on & do the software disconnect & unplug either Nanocom or EASunlock before switching ignition off. That way...

Hmmm . . . .no progress this week, but at least I got the Corsa head all sorted & daughter back on the road !!

For the RF receiver, disconnect the antenna wire only. Then the fob will work right next to the right rear window where the antenna is. Definitely sort the door locks. Could be failed motors or microswitches.
