I’ve got one of the Mudstuff dash pods to go on top of the dash. I preferred this option as I didn’t want to cut a hole in the middle of my dash. As mentioned, they are good to mount extra switches and guages but no point in fitting otherwise.
Any club will do. There are national and local, depending on what you want from it. For insurance discount, some are happy with an online club. From my experience, you get out of a club what you put in.
Just seen a post from the local police on FB showing that the Td5 has been recovered, stating that there were issues with the VIN and it was on false plates.
Just found it on Landywatch, complete with damaged ignition barrel. Report it again, emphasising the damaged ignition and it being a cloned number plate. The VIN will confirm if stolen.
Any chance you can get the VIN number and pass it to Police? Is there any obvious damage to door locks or ignition which might support it being nicked which might prompt the police to do something?

The only person who knows whether to sell or not is you. Do you need to sell or not? If not, I’d keep it. It sounds like a decent condition Landy that has been looked after. Early landies are going for good money. The strongest prices are for original spec ones but a Tdi conversion is still...

Thanks for the...
I’ve got a set of four steel wolf wheels to go on my 90. They’re in reasonable condition although there is surface rust coming through. Before I fit the tyres from my existing rims, I’m contemplating refurbishing the new wheels. I’m thinking of shot-blasting the rims and repainting in white...
