Guid morn on the sleepy Sunday Unusually for me had a long lie in until 10:00. Well 1.5 hours in gym, river walk and 7 hours stacking shelves in Tesco until midnight yesterday took its toll on me stamina. Definitely lazy day today mm Enjoy

Sitting in the garden tapps aff having a cold coffee. Having done an hour in the gym. Pick daughter up from school shortly and then do dinner, linguini n garlic bread. And then drop daughter off at her football training. A full on day which is good.

Guid afternoon And back home safe n sound after a generally epic ride. North end of Loch Lomond was stop / start due to coaches and 2 wide loads under police escort. Went as far as Bridge of Orchy but got fed up with the number of coaches, caravans etc mobile chicanes.... The Welly South of...
