So, I bought some Westway 80w90 Gear Oil - mmarked as API: GL4. Doing a bit of searching, some people seem to suggest the P38 need GL5. Others make no mention of it. RAVE makes no mention of it and simply states "Texaco Multigear 75w 90R" - no mention of API. What is the *correct* fluid for...

I'm loving Mannol stuff just now - got various drums and bottles of different liquids and lubricants of theirs. Very reasonobly priced and the quality is pretty damn good.

0retty sure it's meant to be 6.6 if completely drained but 4.8 on a maintenance fill i.e. Oil and filter change. Just done an oil and filter change and even with 5l in it's still showing just below minimum on the dip stick. Anyone else had this?
