There's a large space in the OS boot space where typically the detachable tow bar goes. Can easily fit a battery in there. Or Duty Free which isn't duty free anymore.

Battery replaced in the Telestart remote, resynced and now working perfectly!

Check the policy image - it states there, in the policy, to read the extra conditions. Its unclear, that's part of the problem.

On the policy, there's a section somewhere that goes on about including anything in the special requirements leaflet. When I followed that, it shows its not covered for theft unless it has a tracker. Still haven't phoned them to confirm but need to.

Exactly the same for me. Cheapest by far from all, including the specialists. Check the small print for theft insurance though...

I found it.. The cable I had was the plug.. But it was doubled back on itself and tucked behind the main loom. Now discovered the battery in the remote is duff so ordered a new one. 1 more day til I can properly test!

Alas not to be. Seems the electrical feed to the Telestart has been unplugged and I can't find it. Will need to dig around once the weather sorts it's life out.

Yep, in the boot - it's where the cables run in to the enclosure. The foam padding is crap and it had worked loose. The edge of the enclosure is quite sharp!
