    OK thanks. I'd seen a cheap 300tdi discovery that I'd be happy with as I know plenty about them and how to fix them but I need something the missus would be happy with and the disco is like driving a bus and it wouldn't help with any choices being rhd.

    Twas on the bell housing when I separated the engine and gearbox.... I'm changing the release bearing and probably the clutch while I've got it in bits but I've never seen owt like that before :confused:

    Currently in spain, €1.11 diesel and I think unleaded was €1.15 at the local nasty quality petrol station which the rental car is enjoying :D

    The rims themselves will be stamped 'tubeless' if they are and will have a bead around the inside of the hub to help seat and retain a tubeless tyre.
