Drill that bugger out. Take a file and smooth it flat as you can, then use a punch to mark dead centre. Then use a small bit first to tap a hole, then go to a larger bit. This relieve pressure on the thread as well as making way for an easy out bolt remover. It should ease out. I haven't noticed...

    200 TDI Boost Ring

Right Gents, after 2 weeks of trying to figure out a way to remove one of the torx bolts by making my own tool, I've fitted the boost ring and I'm really pleased with the results. I already had the boost pin in but was getting severely sooty exhaust if I was going up hill in too low a gear. That...

    200 TDI Boost Ring

If you floor it in too low a gear it will be very sooty smoke which is sunburned fuel. If you take your foot off a fraction the smoke will stop the revs drop a little but you'll still keep moving just lovely.

    Bucket seats with removable base

I've done a detailed thread on fitting them. The joy of these seats is that they line up perfectly on the existing bracket holes. You just jave to grind off the existing mazda fittings before you do this.

    Bucket seats with removable base

My RX8 seats are heated and I can remove the base. Quite bucket like and leather too. Even better is that they're only 100 quid a pair!

I've got a 97 csw which as most of you know is now a coffee machine. The ride is horrendous and want some new suspension but wondered what weight rate of need. A csw carries 10 people. My coffee stuff etc. Weighs around 300 kg. Which suspension shall I get for best ride comfort. I don't do much...
