ive ordered the bits anyhoo. I noted both rear bump stops were missing too so ive got the whole shebang on order. Level sensors were of course already there ;) and tested to be working correctly.

aye id ordered one on the saturday. theres another company doing the same kit for £13.95 now (is it noticable how tight i am?!) ive also ordered a set of schraded valves and fittings so i can manually pump it up in the event of failure. Itll be good to have it on air, they ride so much better...

That was definitely part of it. It’s scyuvating now but it’s unable to get past barely lifted up at all. 60 in the level setting. Perhaps the compressor is knackered and that’s why the previous owner went to a coil conversion

On the nanocom in the stored settings it’s empty? I’ll try making some settings up ( the side which is still on a coil reads 170) so I’ll bang that in and see what happens.

i bought a whole new link rather than mess about replacing the bushes and i knew the bolts werent right but it had to go in as we needed it. But i want to sort it as it drives crap because of it. Basically the rear can shift left and right. Ill have to whip a bolt out and measure everything up.

I wonder if the bushes are incorrect ?

its those RHD100080 that i had as the replacements mate, but i swear the old bolts that came out were bigger. Theres a good couple of mm clearance between the shoulder of the bolts and the bush, when it should be a pretty close fit. T'aint right :P The m16 is the main central pivot bolt :)

I fitted a new watts linkage on the back of the d2 a few months back but had to cut off the old bolts on the 2 outer bushes of the central link. The new ones i ordered were a really loose fit in the watts linkage and its basically banging its tits off and quite wobbly on the rear because of it...
