Well i've checked the speed with Memory Map on an Ipad and the speeds between GPS and Speedo are roughly the same. Really not much in it. I am starting to suspect the EGR could be a candidate so may take it off and clean it up or replace it with a blanking kit.

Mine still has the EGR in place but vac pipe is disconnected

So this 2000MY 110 TD5 CSW i've acquired always returns 300 miles on a full tank. okay maybe 310 on a good day. mainly laning in low range, motorway cruising max 70mph but mostly 55 to 60mph. or pottering about town. Nothing really been tinkered with except shortened the turbo wastegate...

From what information I have gathered so far is that if it says Privado or private then it's as it is. Everything else is fair game. trying to find maps that actually show tracks is harder.
