Thanks James, I did go for the nip up option but it started pumping oil so decided on the torque setting. Also struck a line across the top of the bolt head in line with the hole.

Can any of the TD5 guurrrooooooos confirm the torque setting for the banjo bolt on the top of the turbo please. As it's such a tiny hole the last thing i need is for the damn bolt to be misaligned and the turbo go pop. I've got a figure of 25nm. Any advance?

It's not bad but don't ever drive a TDV8 because then you'll see how utterly flat and sluggish the TD6 is in comparison and you'll then wish you'd bought a V8. To understand the difference, drive a TD6 in permanent sport mode and that's how a TDV8 drives normally.
