    Someone suggested that the Crank Position Sensor may be to blame as there are no diagnostic codes and engine dies when hot and fails to start?

    Have put a new filter on. No difference though. 5 minutes after starting the large hoses to the intercooler are squashing themselves then the engine stalls.

    Will change it this morning. Seems I have done 10,000 miles since last service just over 4 months ago! Have also ordered a new water pump as it is squealing.

    Just started it ok, and drove down the road about 100 metres. So a problem when engine is warm and being faster than 50. Will look into how to test the fuel pump Thanks for the reply.

    I'll take it for a run tomorrow and then check to see if the plugs are on after the engine has warmed up. The compressor seems to be in the way of #1 and didn't want to remove it, so I have left changing it for a bit, although if I had put a new one it it wouldn't have made any difference...
