Gauge is working after a long while it goes up to working temp up to normal not over heating

Anyone know why td5 is not coming up to tempreture not over heating but not coming up for a long time thermostat sender and rad cap been changed???

Can anyone please advice me if a Landy tdi5 has 2 thermostats or one?
