    300 Tdi turbo pipe query

Checked pics of my engine... No banjo on it so I think I missed it. I have spare so ill rig it up tomorrow. Hoping that'll make it run smoother as at idle it's up and down and dying. 6 years since it's run so probably needs a little tlc... Thanks for your messages, much appreciated...

I must be blind... I haven't seen anything which would look like it would accept this pipe. Back to it tomorrow. You wouldn't have a pic?

    300 Tdi turbo pipe query

The large braided one is linking the cyclone breather to the air filter pipe in front of the turbo. It's the thin breather style pipe which runs front epithet vacuum pipe? Sorry if doesn't explain particularly well... See pics below. The second shows the pipe (dirty thin pipe not leading to...

    Brake disc shields

Interesting thread. I have left them off my front discs after replacing the calipers on my 110 Husky rebuild... I did wonder if they assisted to divert cool air to the discs on top of protecting them from foreign object damage. They are not the strongest so I assumed they'd do more damage to the...

possible to get a decent 110 for 3 grand ?

You'll need to spend £5K on a 110 and even at that it'll start to need some work. You'll get a good Td5 Disco 2 for £3.5-4K so either save hard for a good 110 or save a little more and get a D2 Td5... I spent £6K on my first 110 300 Tdi CSW, whilst it was good, the 2nd row doors were starting...

Could you identify this part of the Roof

The inner bit is where the sides bolt to the roof and the outer bit is the gutter to carry water run off and securing roof rails/racks. Both essential parts I may add. Also provide rigidity to the roof structure...
