window regulator cable replaced but still making grinding sound any suggs thanks

hi i replaced my window regulator cables a kit off ebay for around£15 but the window still makes the same grinding sounds as before when the cable snapped. anybody got any suggs thankyou

hi i had a similar grinding sound to the window, i took the door card off and brought the replacment kit off ebay for around £15. so i changed the cable and the plastic parts that come with it. it was installed correctly but the only problem is the grinding sound still happens???? anybody got...
