I know Ben, just looked on autotrader, looks like you can get a good Disco 3 for under 10K. Lot of metal for the money, esp when compared to the kind of defender you get for the same money. I'll be happy with a Disco from 2002-2004 say. The hunt is on!

Cheers guys, Steering towards the Discovery! Jeeze, just looked on finn.no the local 'place to buy' and Disco 2's are in the 4 to 10k range but disco 3, start, yes, start at around 25K for a 6 year old motor. Remind me again why we moved here! Oh yes, it has blond hair and blue eyes :-) Better...
