My passenger side rear window goes down but not up using the switch in the front or back. Does anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it? Also, my driver side rear door can only be opened from the inside. Can anyone advise how to fix? Thanks

I have a 2001 Disco diesel 7-seater. The back of the car is all the way down most of the time but sometimes it goes up when it starts and when you press the elevated suspension button. This has got worse over time. Unfortunately I live in a country where they don't know much about Landrovers...
