Thanks for your replies guys I got underneath and had a look at belt and pulleys I think its there there's a small one half way up sorry not looked it up on rave yet looks a bit suspect belt seems ok for the moment next question is can I drive it a couple of miles to the local Indy lr place .it...

hi mate checked all that it sounds as it may be comeing from belt area i am stumped really cant really drive to my local indy lr place untill i know its not terminal thanks any way

fine on start up for about 20 seconds then something kicks in and the noise starts just tried it again

hi mate it does it stationary as well starts about 20 seconds from start up i would not say it rises with revs if that makes sense but does disapear at certain rev range
