We took the starter solenoid out (which was bloody filthy), completely cleaned the copper surfaces with wire wool and she started first time!! Spot on guys! cheers for your help/advice.

Hi Guys, My brothers and I, have just replaced the turbo, intercooler on our 90. We have also cleaned all the pipework, injectors and cylinders etc When we went to fire it up yesterday, we could hear the fuel pump pumping deisel into the head (louder than usual, so didnt seem right??) and...
