hi mate thanks for that last night.I stripped it down and found that the center nut had come undone and the bearings had collapsed.I managed get a recon diff and at the same time converted it to a 4 pin prop instead of the 3 with the dough nut so the dough nut has been removed so no more...

ive just replaced the rear dough nut as that had split and its come out of the diff casing
