Garret didn't even fit billet wheels till lately with there gtx series turbo's and there smallest is about a 60mm compressor wheel good for about 400hp so don't make out that billet wheels are an everyday up grade and as for turbo work I use owen development the UK's leading turbo company !

Be real how many turbo rebuilders will fit a billet wheel to a land rover turbo ! hybrid turbo with a bigger compressor wheel = more lag ! Cut back turbine wheel= more lag ! Yes if your old turbo was dead it may have less lag now but like for like on a good standard turbo it cant spool...

That does not really work a turbo cant really do more power with less lag !
