There is a 2001 51 reg that i quite like the look off that has extensive service history and not been used as a 'work' vehicle. It has 110K on the clock, is that about right?

When looking at Td5's (mainly because i can't find a good 300 for my dosh) what do i need to look out for? What age is best to go for and where are the usual rot places etc? Cheers Kat

I'm in Ipswich. What about the Td5's, i've heard pre 2002 they are not very good or is it the case with all motor's there is always a rotten one in a bunch of good ones.

Thanks for the welcomes and the advice, i'm probably looking at a budget of up to £6k but the cheaper the better really. I don't want to buy private as i have had my fingers burned recently and would prefer to buy from a garage even though they may take my eyeballs out.
