in the end i no its took a long time to fix but heres what the problem was..... there was a small probably an inch long peice of wood which looked like the end of a brush handle stuck in the heater pipe!!! previous owner quick fix (****ER)

quick update, found the motors by the way after removing bottom of dash two screws... anyway heres the symptoms again .all air flow buttons work fine and direct air to the correct places .air con works ok ish as good as p38 should which i believe aint good :D .when on cold, cold air comes out...
