Hi can anyone help, I have recently got a 2004 td4 and it has a rumbling sound from the rear end when cornering any clues please help :(:(:(

Help Hi i have recently bought a 2004 freelander TD4, I seem to have a problem there is a rumbling sound from the rear end when i go round corners. This only seems to happen when i have been driving for a while, has anyone got any clues:(:(:(
