Thanks for ure help, took the top dashboard of and undid every screw i could find but still couldnt budge it despite lots of screwdriver proding! lol bastard must've glued it in place!

Success! thanks for all your help, installed the radio today, black earth lead tuned out to be completely unrelated! as did the black connector. Only needed to wire up the 6 leads from the one white connector which was pretty simple. She's well pleased with me! Ben :D

Hi, am trying to remove the lower dashboard from my c reg 90. Have undone all the screws that i can see but it still seems firmly stuck in place as though its been glued! Does anyone know if there's a trick to getting them off in one piece or does it seem likely that its been glued in?? Me and...

Apparently all new radios have an iso attachment. Have found a site that sells adapters to connect an iso to land rover wiring. The ones they sell says its compatible for defenders from 1979 onwards, any idea if that would be ok for a 1986 90 too? or is the wiring different? thanks
