Hi Has anyone got any experience in getting a Landrover to Iceland? There don't appear to be any ferries from the UK. You can get there from the Faroes but how do you get to the Faroes? Anyone done this? Thanks Roger

Thanks for the advice might just strip out the parts for the moment as I've just found that the rear cross member and chassis legs have to be replaced - oh the joys of Land Rover ownership!

I've got the option of a all the gear from a burnt our Disco i.e axles, 300tdi auto box and transfer box etc - are these a straight swop into a 1985 90. In particular I fancy the rear axle with discs but if I can get an auto the other half might be prepared to drive it!
