Well - just an update :) My Freelander went in for an service & MOT. Anyway - she passed the MOT fine - no problems at all. I mentioned the starting problem, and all the usual checks were carried out (Glo plugs etc) - all were fine. Then the mechanic (not a Land Rover one I hasten to add)...

Yep - have tried giving the glo-plugs a couple of turns - but seems to make little or no (noticeable) difference. I've read stories about low fuel pump pressure, fuel pump problems etc but I haven't got any of the other symptoms. Oh yeah - in the summer months everything is fine ... no...
