My freelander 2 does around 44mpg on a run, 38 around town ,short journeys. I have fitted a tuning module that inproved fuel consumption by 20%, power by 20% and torque by 15%. (2007 2.2) smoother engine. I can give you details if interested. Unit fitted by me in 15mins. regards mazxedos
