Hi i am looking to buy a 2.5l petrol engine for a Ser 3 Landrover as the old one is scrap. Where is the best place and has anyone any experience over Turner Engineering?

The gear is fully engaging the Reversegear is brandnew as is the the 1/2 syncro hub the lay shaft is also ok , the whole box has maybe done about 10Km after a complete rebuild , could it be the tolerance on the layshaft is not large enough.

Hi just a though, it happened by a mate his backplates were on the wrong way ie. RH to LH the adjuster should be at the front,if it is not the the rotation of the drum pulls the shoe towards it and locks up.
