tried to fit a sony explod to my 03 discovery tried both part no 29.008 sony usc adaptor lead to get the steering wheel paddles to work but they refuse to work took it too an auto electrcian who confirms it was right part but he couldn't get it to work either he also tried part no 29.62.0 land...

got 53 diesel auto disco when cruising along at 50 mph and putting my foot down to overtake it hesitates 3 or 4 times before picking up and accelerating normally it runs smooth at all other times and drives fine any ideas ?
