Solved! Took it down to Pioneer LPG in Rochdale, (cheers guys!!) 130mile hike but worth it. 3 hours on the laptop resetting the maps etc and now runs smooth as Luther vandross. Apparently the injector nozzles were too big and also clogged up with **** as the filters hadnt been changed in...

Thanks Rewmer I took advice from an LPG installer in Rochdale called Pioneer LPG who pretty much agreed with your diagnosis. He suggested removing the negative for 5 mins. This actually worked a treat, It reset the engine management light and seems to be running ok, probably due to the ECU...
