I have a 3003 TD4 which had a similar problem at around 1600 RPM. As you went up to about 2000rpm the vibration noise seemed to dissapear.The noise was more noticeable if you were accelerating up a hill sometimes in 2nd gear.The vibration could also be seen through the Gear stick if under load...
