Hi just wondering if faulty electric windows is a common problem on defenders as my front passenger window has stopped working? Do the motors go or is it likely to be a fuse or electrics somewhere? I havent had a look at it yet, does anyone have any ideas where to start:rolleyes: cheers

oh right so what could it be then, worn piston rings or a blown or warped head???:(

hi thanks for the quick response. does anyone have anymore info on the diesel lift pump, such as how much it might cost and how hard is it to replace? i've only got limited tools out here so is it likely to be a garage job? thanks:)
