Where is the glow plug relay ?

This glow plug problem is doing me in , do I wiggle the relays below the drivers seat or the ones in front of the gear stick ? Where is the ecu ? Is this a wiring problem ? If any one texts me thier number I will call u back to discuss , Thank you in advance . Steven ,0776777617758
