it needs to be joined..... the tvr was joined too.. its to do with exhaust gas pulses purging the cylinders

no its ever so slightly smaller... i didn't see a problem with this ...its not like the v8 revs to 8k rpm....ive just took the pressure relief valve out of the pump.. just to see if the spring was broke or it was anything painfully obvious. my next plan is back to the scrap yard to get the pump...

just tried that ..... its not under pressure! i'm thinking it may be pump too

no i'm running petrol.... i'm not the biggest fan of lpg... had murder with a multipoint system on a p38 i had ... romano i think it was called... i'm not prepared to give up on loadspace either!

just a quick one..... ive just fitted a 300tdi p/s pump to my v8.,.. not working!!!! and the thought occured to me that maybe the tdi runs anticlockwise?????

is there any way to check the pump? i've no pressure gauge which is probably good as i wouldn't know what to do with it..... gonna have one last try at jacking up and side to side (AGAIN!)before bed time. my neighbours hate rover v8s!!!!

ive got fluid... it may be an airlock but i've been trying in the bloody rain all day to bleed it! its almost like the pump is not working. i followed the instructions that came with the box with regards to bleeding ive got fluid coming out of the bleed nipple on top of the box...

just changed the pump(new) and steering box (recon) on my 110. ive got no power steering ! any ideas?:mad:

i have a 110 with a 3.9 efi and have had no problems... reasonable fuel consumption ... PLENTY of power... I'd highly recommend!

hi all, i've just converted my 110 v8 to a 4 bolt power steering box (from 3) recon from paddocks and a 300tdi power steering pump (new) i made a bracket for the pump by machining 20mm of a 3.9 disco bracket and using a pulley of a ford transit ( same pcd) my problem is i,ve got no power...
