You might be right my friend...Looks like it was the module/receiver thats at fault so i,ve had it reprogrammed so it unlocks/locks and immobilises on the key instead of fob.:) Everything is cool now..:D:D:D:D:D Saved me £100...

One key has fallen apart and the other works when it feels like it.. I,ll get the new key fob on Friday and if it turns out to be the receiver then i,ll replace that too. Just passed its MOT so thats that for another 12 months.:D

Unlock button does the alarm/disable as well as unlock all doors. When it feels like working...I.E.One button to unlock and disarm imobiliser, one button to lock and imobilise. Listen, thanks for all info/replies ect but i,m gonna sell it and move on... Thanks again to you all.;););)

Yes but you need nanocom to reset the alarm in BCU mode to disable the immobiliser/alarm don't you.?? Therebye allowing me to lock and unlock on the key instead of the fob..:confused:

Can you just fit a new receiver or do you have to have it remapped with ECU.?? What i mean is, can you just fit new for old and plug it in and it works..

Well, after one week my TD5 has let me down AGAIN.!!!!!!!! Won't let me in without setting off alarm/ immobiliser.. Don't know anyone near me with nanocom so if i can get it sorted i,ll sell it and NEVER buy another TD5... Had 5 200 Disco,s in the past and never had problems with them...

Sounds very expensive...

Its mine mate... Got a problem with the alarm/immobiliser again... Cant get in on remote...And if i unlock with key the alarm goes off when i open the door and the immobiliser won't let me start it...:(:(
