    Hi and thanks for the reply, But on manuals you use 2 reference points on the casting and the pin in the pump and also the locking pin in fly wheel, but on autos theres no wading plug hole in bottom of box. So would very much apreciate any more help.:D Thanks Clive.

    I still think its worth checking again as it costs nothing, And as you say it runs perfect after 60 or so seconds could be glow plugs or wiring. Clive.:)
