HI Gwyn, i have a 2002 freelander td4 serengeti and im experienceing the same problem, 1st of all the tc/ hill decent lights came on and then went off, then i noticed whilst towing the caravan up a hill it started to lose power at about 50 mph+ and dropped away down to near 20mph quite scary...
