:)Thanks pal. I would've never guesed the hand brake. I pulled up the hand brake while the noise was there and what do u know, it's gone. the noise dissapeared. No i must just go and clean it cause i don't think I can drive with it up all the time.:D

Mine did the same, Check the heat deflecting plate ontop of the exhaust manifold, allthou the bolds securing it are tight, the holes are whorn out so the plate actualy sit loose then, there's a small little bracket that mounts onto the manifault itself holding the plate, its normaly cracked...
