thanks for the reply, do this engine reconditioning company/ firm, alter the engine to run on unleaded fuel, and i said early sereis one 2.0 engine because i heard somewhere there was a change with the 2.0 engine in mid 50's, as there were more problems with the early 2.0 engine in the series...

Hi does anyone know what the common problems were for the early 2.0 landorver engine in the series one (80"), thanks.

Anyone have or know of any parts second hand or new, for a series one landrover 80", I have seen parts going, but it is generally for 86-88" landys, so any help again, would be much appreciated.
